General Online Store Terms By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our products or platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities, nor violate any applicable local or federal laws.

3. Product Descriptions & Collectible Listings We strive to display accurate product details, high-quality imagery, and current pricing. However, because trading cards and collectibles feature variations in manufacturing, packaging editions, or print runs, minor differences may occur.

Randomized Contents: Images of factory-sealed boxes or packs are representative of the product line. Purchasing sealed TCG or sports card products does not guarantee specific pull rates, individual cards, specific players, autographed items, or grading results unless explicitly specified in the product title and description.

4. Pricing & Taxes All prices listed are in US Dollars ($USD) unless specified otherwise at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout prior to final payment authorization. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing or inventory errors and will contact you before proceeding if an error affects your pending order.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations Placing an order on our site does not constitute final sales confirmation. Vault Cards Pro reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for valid reasons, including:

Product stock depletion or inventory mismatches.
Suspected fraudulent transactions or security flags.
Inability to verify payment details or shipping addresses.
Breach of these Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled after payment processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Payment Options Orders will only be processed after payment authorization is completed. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party gateways.

7. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed within 1 business day following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time: Standard shipping generally takes 6 to 7 business days following processing.
Shipping Cost: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Carriers & Tracking: Shipments are processed using authorized carriers (including Cargolink or equivalent major couriers). A tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your email address upon shipment dispatch.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy Buyers are responsible for submitting complete and correct shipping details at checkout. Vault Cards Pro is not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from inaccurate addresses provided by the customer. If you discover an error, notify us immediately at support@vaultcardspro.com. We cannot alter shipping details once an order has entered fulfillment.

9. Returns & Refund Summary We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery confirmation date. Returned items must remain in their original, unopened condition with factory seals fully intact. Opened card packs, unsealed booster boxes, or tampered products are ineligible for return. 10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or contains wrong items, contact us immediately at support@vaultcardspro.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

11. Intellectual Property Rights All original branding, text, graphic layouts, and web content created for Vault Cards Pro are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, league logos, and trademarks (e.g., Pokémon, Panini, Topps, Upper Deck) belong to their respective copyright owners. Their appearance on our website is strictly for identification and sales purposes and does not imply endorsement or direct ownership.

12. Prohibited Conduct Users are strictly prohibited from using our site to:

Engage in fraudulent activities or unauthorized purchasing.
Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or spyware.
